Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Telithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenopia, diplopia, dizziness , fatigue, feeling abnormal, vision blurred, vomiting. Telithromycin dosage: 400 MG BID PO. During the same period patient was treated with LORATADINE, PRILOSEC, ETHINYLESTRADIOL. Patient recovered.
