Female patient, 48 years of age, weighting 147.3 lb, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Telithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diplopia, dizziness , vision blurred. Telithromycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE, SALMETEROL XINAFOATE. Patient recovered.
