After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dizziness , dyspnoea, eye swelling, ocular hyperaemia, visual disturbance. Telithromycin dosage: 400 (2 TABLETS) MG QD PO. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with bronchitis , sinusitis , cardiac disorder and was treated with Telithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , dyspnoea. Telithromycin dosage: 400 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, ACTONEL, FLUTICASONE PROPIONATE, TYLENOL, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, VITAMIN E, VITAMIN C. Patient recovered.
