Telithromycin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Nov 16, 2004. Male patient was diagnosed with upper respiratory tract infection and was treated with Telithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, jaundice cholestatic. Telithromycin dosage: 400 MG BID PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Telithromycin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from MEXICO on Mar 28, 2007. Female patient, weighting 33.07 lb, was treated with Telithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased. Telithromycin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with METAMIZOL, CEFUROXIME. Patient recovered.
