Telbivudine side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Mar 03, 2008. Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 108.5 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b  and was treated with Telbivudine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , asthenia, dehydration, nausea . Telbivudine dosage: 600 MG,. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 31 years of age, was diagnosed with hepatitis b , abdominal pain upper, back pain  and was treated with Telbivudine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, fatigue, hepatitis , jaundice , nausea , prothrombin time prolonged. Telbivudine dosage: 600 MG, UNK. During the same period patient was treated with PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
