Male patient, 46 years of age, weighting 119.0 lb, was diagnosed with hepatitis b What is  hepatitis b, hypertension and was treated with Telbivudine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, asthenia, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, cachexia, fall What is  fall, hyperreflexia, muscle atrophy, myopathy. Telbivudine dosage: 600 MG,. During the same period patient was treated with METOPROLOL SUCCINATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
