After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dysstasia, myalgia. Tazocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CEFUROXIME, ESOMEPRAZOLE, TINZAPARIN, NITROGLYCERIN, METRONIDAZOLE, ACETAMINOPHEN, ASPIRIN, FLUCONAZOLE. Patient recovered.
