After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, interstitial lung disease. Tazocin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GASTER, NITRAZEPAM, MOBIC, CODEINE PHOSPHATE, MECOBALAMIN, DEPAS, LACTOBACILLUS ACIDOPHILUS. Patient died on 03/13/2007.
