Tazocin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Sept 05, 2008. Male patient, 76 years of age, was diagnosed with sepsis  and was treated with Tazocin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, blood chloride decreased, blood sodium decreased, cardio-respiratory arrest, white blood cell count decreased. Tazocin dosage: unknown. Patient died on 09/01/2008.
