Male patient, weighting 101.4 lb, was diagnosed with pseudomonas infection, lung infection, atypical mycobacterial infection and was treated with Tazocilline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: eosinophilia, hyperthermia, pruritus, rash erythematous, skin exfoliation, toxic skin eruption. Tazocilline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIKLIN, MYAMBUTOL, RIFADIN, CLARITHROMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
