Female patient, child 12 years of age, was diagnosed with sepsis , septic embolus and was treated with Tazocilline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytolytic hepatitis, eosinophilia, lymphadenopathy, neutropenia, perivascular dermatitis, purpura, rash vesicular, skin test positive. Tazocilline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMIKACIN, RIFADIN, FLUCONAZOLE, VANCOMYCIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
