Tazocilline side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Aug 28, 2007. Male patient was diagnosed with septic shock, legionella infection and was treated with Tazocilline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, deep vein thrombosis , peritonitis, septic shock, thrombocytopenia. Tazocilline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TAVANIC, LOVENOX, MOPRAL, PERFALGAN, MORPHINE, HYDROCORTISONE, SUFENTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/03/2007.

Male patient, 79 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia , staphylococcal bacteraemia and was treated with Tazocilline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, disease recurrence, ischaemic stroke, pancytopenia, pulmonary alveolar haemorrhage, ventricular hypokinesia. Tazocilline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OFLOCET, ORBENIN CAP, ORBENIN CAP, TIENAM, TRIFLUCAN. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, areflexia, brain oedema, cardio-respiratory arrest, electrocardiogram change, mydriasis. Tazocilline dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MEPRONIZINE, INSULATARD NPH, VITAMIN B1 AND B6, TRANXENE, SUBUTEX. Patient died.
