Male patient, weighting 191.8 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia , cardiac failure, atrial fibrillation , myocardial infarction and was treated with Tazobac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolytic anaemia, renal failure acute. Tazobac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, AMIODARONE, HEPARIN. Patient died on 03/01/2009.

Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Tazobac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, cardiac disorder, cholestasis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic steatosis, multi-organ failure, renal failure acute. Tazobac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ASPARAGINASE, CERUBIDIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, FUNGIZONE, METHOTREXATE, ONCOVIN, VALTREX, VFEND. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
