Tazobac Side Effects Report #5194511-1
Tazobac side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from SWITZERLAND on Dec 15, 2006. Male patient, child 8 years of age, was treated with Tazobac. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, anaemia, condition aggravated, cytolytic hepatitis, pancytopenia. Tazobac dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, FORTAM, AMIKIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
