After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood glucose abnormal, infarction, lobar pneumonia, neutropenia, pulmonary embolism , respiratory failure. Taxotere dosage: 132 MG. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, AGGRENOX, CALCIUM, LUTEIN, SIMVASTATIN, THERAGRAN, TYLENOL, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/27/2009.
