Tavor side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 01, 2005. Male patient, 38 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar i disorder and was treated with Tavor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , electrocardiogram abnormal, loss of consciousness. Tavor dosage: 12 MG QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with DEPAKENE, ZYPREXA, PURSENNID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/11/2005.
