Tavanic side effect was reported by a Health Professional from JAPAN on Mar 06, 2006. Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection , febrile neutropenia, pancytopenia and was treated with Tavanic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioneurotic oedema, febrile neutropenia, multi-organ failure, sepsis , toxic epidermal necrolysis. Tavanic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, PARACETAMOL, OMEPRAZOLE, NEUPOGEN. Patient died on 01/09/2006.
