Tavanic side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 26, 2006. Female patient, 80 years of age, was diagnosed with pneumonia  and was treated with Tavanic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, hypoglycaemic coma, mydriasis, pupils unequal, renal failure, sopor, unresponsive to verbal stimuli. Tavanic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMARYL, GLUCOPHAGE, ASPIRIN, DISTRANEURIN, TOREM, DIGOXIN, TOLVON. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fall , gastrointestinal haemorrhage, left ventricular failure, multi-organ failure, myocardial infarction, renal failure, respiratory distress, rhabdomyolysis, septic shock. Tavanic dosage: 1000MG SOLUTION FOR INFUSION. During the same period patient was treated with SORTIS, KLACID, CEDUR, ADALAT, ASPIRIN, LASIX, COVERSUM, LORASIFAR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/17/2008.
