Tasigna side effect was reported by a Physician from ITALY on Apr 28, 2008. Female patient, 78 years of age, weighting 167.6 lb, was diagnosed with chronic myeloid leukaemia, depression , thrombocythaemia, hypertension and was treated with Tasigna. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: coma, confusional state, ejection fraction decreased, electrocardiogram st segment depression, haemoglobin decreased, headache , leukocytosis, loss of consciousness, malaise. Tasigna dosage: 400 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with LORAZEPAM, ASPIRIN, PROTIADENE, LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, DOSULEPIN HYDROCHLORIDE, CLONAZEPAM, CLODRONIC ACID, EPOGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
