Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 185.2 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Tarka. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, malaise, pancreatic carcinoma, weight decreased, yellow skin. Tarka dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with LOSARTAN POTASSIUM, INDAPAMIDE, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, METFORMIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: atrioventricular block, hepatomegaly, hyperkalaemia, malaise, presyncope. Tarka dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACEBUTOLOL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, VALSARTAN AND HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, GLIMEPIRIDE, METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, ASPIRIN, PRAVASTATIN, NICARDIPINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood pressure decreased, cardiac arrest , heart rate decreased, hyperhidrosis, malaise, respiratory arrest. Tarka dosage: 180MG/2 MG (TOTAL DAILY DOSE) 180MG/2 MG (UNIT DOSE). Patient died on 01/23/2008.
