Female patient, weighting 202.0 lb, was diagnosed with thyroid cancer metastatic and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypertriglyceridaemia, treatment noncompliance. Targretin dosage: 768 MG=10 TABS QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with SYNTHROID, LOVENOX, PREDNISON, LORAZEPAM, MEGACE, ARANESP, OXYCODONE, DURAGESIC. Patient recovered.

Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
