Targretin side effect was reported by a Physician from on Apr 26, 2004. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: face oedema. Targretin dosage: 450 MG QD; PO. During the same period patient was treated with DUTASTERID, INTERFERON ALPHA, LACTULOSE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 63 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides, dyslipidaemia and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, conjunctival hyperaemia, eosinophilia, epidermal necrosis, face oedema, hypersensitivity, oral mucosa erosion, palmar-plantar erythrodysaesthesia syndrome. Targretin dosage: 300 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with TAHOR, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, DESLORATADINE, HYDROXYZINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthralgia, face oedema, muscular weakness, myalgia, photosensitivity reaction. Targretin dosage: 450 MG DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with FENOFIBRATE, TACROLIMUS. Patient recovered.
