Targretin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on May 16, 2008. Male patient, 78 years of age, weighting 229.3 lb, was diagnosed with t-cell lymphoma and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebrovascular accident, dyspnoea, transient ischaemic attack. Targretin dosage: 525 MG, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with ACCUPRIL, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ZOCOR, TRICOR, OMEGA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 75 years of age, weighting 141.1 lb, was diagnosed with mesothelioma , metastasis and was treated with Targretin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dyspnoea, haemoptysis. Targretin dosage: 675 MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with DOCETAXOL, LOVENOX, LEVAQUIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, LEVOTHYROXINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/26/2006.
