Targocid side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Sept 25, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was diagnosed with osteitis, essential hypertension and was treated with Targocid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: lymphopenia, neutropenia. Targocid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with RIFADIN, NETROMYCIN, VASTAREL, ASPIRIN, PERINDOPRIL ERBUMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 60 years of age, was diagnosed with endocarditis bacterial, pneumonia aspiration, atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Targocid. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, bone marrow depression, cardiac arrest , escherichia infection, haemodialysis, neutropenia, septic shock, thrombocytopenia. Targocid dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FLAGYL, NEXIUM, CORDARONE, VANCOMYCIN, GENTAMICIN. Patient died on 02/11/2005.
