Male patient, 63 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertensive heart disease, depression What is  depression and was treated with Tareg. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood chloride decreased, blood creatinine increased, blood urea increased, hyperkalaemia, hyponatraemia, hypotension, hypoventilation, malaise. Tareg dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DEROXAT, ALDACTONE, ISOPTIN, STILNOX, LASIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
