Male patient was diagnosed with ischaemic cardiomyopathy, angina pectoris and was treated with Tareg. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aortic arteriosclerosis, bundle branch block left, cardiac murmur, creatinine renal clearance decreased, dyspnoea, ejection fraction decreased, hypokinesia, left ventricular dysfunction, malaise. Tareg dosage: 80 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with ACEBUTOLOL, MOLSIDOMINE, PRAXILENE, OMEPRAZOLE, PRAVASTATIN, KARDEGIC, LORAZEPAM, PYOSTACINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
