Tapazole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 10, 2008. Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 80.00 lb, was diagnosed with psychomotor hyperactivity and was treated with Tapazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, basedow's disease, condition aggravated, coordination abnormal, delusion, muscular weakness, white blood cell count decreased. Tapazole dosage: 30 MG ONCE DAILY ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with TOPROL, CALCIUM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

, immunosuppression, malaise, pharyngitis, pyrexia, septic shock, swelling, white blood cell count decreased. Tapazole dosage: 10 MG, QD. Female patient, 46 years of age, weighting 224.0 lb, was diagnosed with basedow's disease and was treated with Tapazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, neutrophil count decreased, white blood cell count decreased. Tapazole dosage: 10 MG TID. During the same period patient was treated with BONIVA, RESTORIL, PROPRANOLOL, PROZAC. Patient recovered.
