Tapazole side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from BRAZIL on July 06, 2005. Female patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, pharyngitis and was treated with Tapazole. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cellulitis What is  cellulitis, immunosuppression, malaise, pharyngitis, pyrexia, septic shock, swelling, white blood cell count decreased. Tapazole dosage: 10 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with NIMESULIDE, AMOXICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/06/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myeloid leukaemia, asthenia, chills, hypothyroidism, oligomenorrhoea, palpitations, pharyngolaryngeal pain, pyrexia. Tapazole dosage: 5 MG, BID,. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PROPRANOLOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
