Male patient, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with prostatomegaly, convulsion, chest pain , cardiac disorder, myocardial infarction, familial tremor, cerebrovascular accident and was treated with Tamsulosin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, angioedema, asthenia, blood pressure increased, chest pain , convulsion, dyspnoea. Tamsulosin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PHENYTOIN, NITROGLYCERIN, LAMOTRIGINE, LOVASTATIN, PLAVIX, ASPIRIN. Patient recovered.
