Male patient, 74 years of age, was diagnosed with atrial fibrillation  and was treated with Tagamet. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, diarrhoea, erythema, faeces discoloured, pruritus. Tagamet dosage: 400MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with WARFARIN, COUMADIN. Patient recovered.
