Tadalafil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 03, 2009. Female patient, weighting 146.0 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension, herpes zoster, hypokalaemia, hypercholesterolaemia, depression  and was treated with Tadalafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure congestive, fall , mitral valve incompetence, syncope. Tadalafil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VICODIN, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, FUROSEMIDE, DIGOXIN, ATENOLOL, LIPITOR, FLUOXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
