Male patient, 19 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with sexual dysfunction and was treated with Tadalafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypersensitivity, testicular pain. Tadalafil dosage: 20 MG, DAILY (1/D); ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
