Tadalafil side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on May 25, 2007. Female patient, 28 years of age, weighting 126.5 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension , gastritis prophylaxis, osteoporosis , hyperlipidaemia, systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Tadalafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: histiocytosis haematophagic, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Tadalafil dosage: 20 MG, EACH MORNING. During the same period patient was treated with PROCYLIN, SELBEX, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, ONEALFA, MEVALOTIN, BONALON, PREDONINE, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died on 03/03/2007.

Female patient, 28 years of age, weighting 126.5 lb, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension , gastritis prophylaxis, osteoporosis , hyperlipidaemia, systemic lupus erythematosus and was treated with Tadalafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardio-respiratory arrest, haemorrhagic diathesis, histiocytosis haematophagic, infection , pleural effusion, pulmonary alveolar haemorrhage. Tadalafil dosage: 20 MG, EACH MORNING. During the same period patient was treated with PROCYLIN, SELBEX, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, ONEALFA, MEVALOTIN, BONALON, PREDNISOLONE. Patient died on 03/03/2007.

During the same period patient was treated with PROCYLIN, SELBEX, WARFARIN POTASSIUM, ONEALFA, BAKTAR, MEVALOTIN, BONALON, PREDONINE. Patient died on 03/03/2007.
