Tadalafil side effect was reported by a Physician from COSTA RICA on Jan 07, 2008. Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with erectile dysfunction , hypertension and was treated with Tadalafil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fracture of penis, priapism. Tadalafil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIHYPERTENSIVES. Patient recovered.
