After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , multi-organ failure. Tacrolimus dosage: 0.5 MG, D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, RHEUMATREX, VOLTAREN, BIOLACTICS, FERROMIA, ISONIAZID, URSO, NIZATIDINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 07/22/2007.
