After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alpha haemolytic streptococcal infection, cholangitis, endocarditis candida, interstitial lung disease, leukopenia, liver abscess, oral candidiasis, portal vein stenosis, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Tacrolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, MYCOPHENOLATE, VALGANCICLOVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
