Male patient, 39 years of age, was diagnosed with stem cell transplant and was treated with Tacrolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blister, chest pain , dyspnoea, fibrin degradation products increased, hepatitis , herpes zoster. Tacrolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISOLONE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYTARABINE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 03/24/2004.
