Tacrolimus side effect was reported by a Health Professional from GREECE on Oct 10, 2008. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with stem cell transplant and was treated with Tacrolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, cytomegalovirus infection , diarrhoea, disease recurrence, hypoxia, infection in an immunocompromised host, lung infiltration, neutropenia, pericardial effusion. Tacrolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MYCOPHENOLATE MOFETIL, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, PENICILLIN, POSACONAZOLE, ACYCLOVIR, ATOVAQUONE. Patient died.
