Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis What is  rheumatoid arthritis and was treated with Tacrolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: beta-n-acetyl-d-glucosaminidase increased, blood creatinine increased, dehydration, glycosylated haemoglobin increased, interstitial lung disease, pneumonia bacterial, pneumonia chlamydial, upper limb fracture. Tacrolimus dosage: 1.5 MG, UID/QD, ORAL; 1 MG, UID/QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PREDNISONE, ETODOLAC, AZULFIDINE EN, PROTECADIN, MUCOSTA. Patient was hospitalized.
