Syntocinon side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Mar 20, 2008. Female patient, 37 years of age, was diagnosed with induced labour, local anaesthesia and was treated with Syntocinon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, haemoglobin decreased, massage, metrorrhagia, postpartum haemorrhage, uterine atony, uterine dilation and evacuation. Syntocinon dosage: 5 IU AT 15ML/HR THEN 30ML/HR FROM 10:40 ON. During the same period patient was treated with PROPESS, ATARAX, XYLOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
