Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with induced abortion haemorrhage and was treated with Syntocinon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute pulmonary oedema, arteriospasm coronary, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy . Syntocinon dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ANTIHEMOPHILIC PLASMA, KASKADIL, NALADOR, RED BLOOD CELLS, GELOFUSINE, HAEMOCOMPLETTAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
