Female patient, 67 years of age, weighting 112.4 lb, was diagnosed with parkinsonism and was treated with Symmetrel. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: autonomic nervous system imbalance, cerebellar atrophy, cerebral atrophy, constipation
, dysstasia, fall
, head injury, micturition disorder. Symmetrel dosage: 50 MG, BID. During the same period patient was treated with TRIHEXYPHENIDYL HYDROCHLORIDE, LEVODOPA W, PARLODEL, TALIPEXOLE, CARBIDOPA, NEODOPASOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.Symmetrel Side Effects Report #5245209-2
