Female patient, 32 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: memory impairment, migraine . Symbyax dosage: EACH EVENING (6MG/25MG). During the same period patient was treated with CYMBALTA, DARVOCET, XANAX. Patient recovered.
