After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bladder disorder, convulsion, cyanosis, fall What is  fall, foaming at mouth, gastrointestinal disorder, infection What is  infection, loss of consciousness, memory impairment. Symbyax dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CEFEPIME, LEVOFLOXACIN, FLUCONAZOLE, VANCOMCYIN, ESOMEPRAZOLE, PROPOFOL, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, NEUPOGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/19/2006.
