Symbyax side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 03, 2008. Female patient was diagnosed with depression  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, bite, bruxism, delirium, fear, feeling abnormal, hallucination, visual, hypersomnia, injury. Symbyax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROZAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Symbyax side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 22, 2005. Male patient, 25 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar i disorder, bipolar disorder  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alcoholism , completed suicide, cough, hiccups, hypersomnia, increased appetite, lethargy, overdose. Symbyax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, ZOLOFT, METHADONE. Patient died on 11/05/2004.
