Symbyax side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Apr 05, 2005. Female patient, 33 years of age, was diagnosed with insomnia, bipolar i disorder, depression  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abnormal behaviour, agitation, coma, condition aggravated, ear pain, fatigue, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hallucination, hepatic failure. Symbyax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, CYMBALTA, SYNTHROID, MACROBID, XANAX, TAMIFLU, LEVAQUIN, ZYRTEC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/04/2005.
