Male patient, 36 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, blood glucose increased, coagulopathy, delirium, diabetes mellitus, diabetes mellitus inadequate control, diabetic ketoacidosis, dialysis , electrolyte imbalance. Symbyax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, FLUOXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
