Symbyax Side Effects Report #4885938-3
Symbyax side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Dec 29, 2005. Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 224.9 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catatonia, coma, confusional state, hyponatraemia, respiratory failure, weight increased. Symbyax dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZYPREXA, ABILIFY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/02/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: catatonia, coma, confusional state, hyponatraemia, respiratory failure, weight increased. Symbyax dosage: unknown. Symbyax side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on July 05, 2006. Female patient, weighting 150.8 lb, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder  and was treated with Symbyax. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bacteria blood identified, bone marrow failure, confusional state, contusion, epstein-barr virus test positive, febrile neutropenia, infection , leukopenia. Symbyax dosage: 6 MG OOLANZAPINE/25 MG FLUOXETINE DAILY PO. During the same period patient was treated with CEFEPIME, LEVOFLOXACIN, FLUCONAZOLE, VANCOMCYIN, ESOMEPRAZOLE, PROPOFOL, NOREPINEPHRINE BITARTRATE, NEUPOGEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 06/19/2006.
