Survanta side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 06, 2004. Female patient, weighting 1.38 lb, was diagnosed with respiratory distress and was treated with Survanta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neonatal respiratory failure, sepsis . Survanta dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AMPICILLIN, GENTAMICIN SULPHATE, FENTANYL CITRATE, MIDAZOLAM HYDROCHLORIDE, GLUCOSE, CALCIUM GLUCONATE, CHLORIDE. Patient died on 09/02/2003.
