Female patient was diagnosed with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, respiratory failure and was treated with Survanta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: necrotising colitis, respiratory failure. Survanta dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CUROSURF. Patient died.
